A classic, dim lights, Chinese food : perfect Sunday night. For long I have been planning to see this wonderful classic. So I began the perfect date in solitude, beautiful dialogues exchanged between perfectly adorned man and the lady garnished with old english music. But mid-way through the movie something terrible happened. As the leading man in the movie decided that he will no more live on his ancestral money and will take up painting so as to be able enough to ask his love to marry him, a startling reality struck me! I had seen this before. And just like that our very own Bollywood ruined my experience of watching a classic. I realized that Bollywood just last decade had gathered guts enough to release a movie which was an exact copy of An Affair To Remember with desi tadka added!
