Classroom teaching is organized learning where in words of many researchers and analysts decide what content will be taught and in what manner.
As a child everybody has had their times of despising classroom either for selective subject or like me, simply for all of them.
But 20 years past one realizes how essential indeed were those classroom sessions.
And that is cause of the natural phenomenon that one understands the importance of something in life when that goes away from you.
Have come too far from classrooms. And the most painful part in all of this is the fact that learning is not seized. Lot of things we are still suppose to learn in the daily course of action. But these lessons do not come from well structured course books illustrated by a teacher, it come to us the hard way.
Hours after any incidence you analyze and understand the triggering factors for the event and their effective impacts. And then you really introspect that what & how exactly one was supposed to do in that situation. And then the next time you just try hard to remember all the lessons.
How I wish there was a structured course book for this too. To know exactly what to do in a situation when there are given set of parameters in terms of people involved and their characteristics, triggering events, prevailing situation at your end, required impact and effective impact. I so wish there was a bunch of numbers to these parameters and a well researched and proven formula to find and answer using these ‘given parameters’.
May be that might be possible in future study of human psychology and its derivatives, but still no formula can cover the hidden parameters. These hidden parameters have a unique character to themselves and are revealed only when “the time is right”. And oh no.. that time is essentially not a right time for you!
But then those childhood lessons come into play. No not in their real form. But ycome into play as their ‘hidden parameters’ are revealed now!
Like ‘Honesty is the best policy, …for the one who are under you.’ ;
‘A friend in need is a friend in deed, …especially when he is working in a different company then you and you are frustrated.’ ;
‘Lalach buri bala hai (Greed is an evil), …only when you express it’
And many, many more.
Well summing it all up I can only thank my classroom teachers for all the forceful lessons they taught me, else deciphering the hidden parameters would have been a distant dream and hope for success a fiction!
